The Latest News About Jennette February 2008 - Jennette along with Miranda Cosgrove and Jerry Trainor attended the L.A. premiere of The Spiderwick Chronicles. January 2008 - Jennette recently reported that iCarly was only able to shoot 26 episodes instead of the planned 40 before the hit of the writer's strike. She was recently quoted in the National Ledger as saying, "We were supposed to do 40...But now instead of waiting for the writers' strike to end, they're going to call our first episodes the full season." Jennette McCurdy, who plays Carly's (played by Miranda Cosgrove) wild, and crazy best friend on iCarly, also went onto to tell the National Ledger that she's been blown away by the fans the show has attracted already.
