Hey! What's wrong? What is your problem? And maybe I can help you if I know what is wrong. First off you should stop swearing as much...even if you are mad. 2nd you shouldn't take your anger out on other people. 3rd whenever your mad at something or someone write your all your feelings down even if you have to swear write your feelings down. But don't let anyone see it and throw it away whenever you are done. And if someone tick's you off tell them how you feel just with less swearing and in a nicer way like standing up for what you believe in but a nice way. Well that's just some of my advice and what I do sometimes. And sorry if it doesn't help. But this is the only thing's I can think of. Hope it helps. from United States
