PLEASE NOTE: We will need the web address (or Username) of your teen’s Teenwag profile. This information is important because it is the only way we can assist you in your inquiry. Please include this information in your email to us.
To find the web address/URL or Username:
1. Go to your teen’s Teenwag profile page
2. Look in the address bar on the top of your internet browser and you will see an address that begins with "http://" or "www". That is the web address or URL.
3. Look for the username at the end of the web address after "profile?user=". That is the username.
For example
The Web address is http://teenwag.com/profile?user=boyle111
The username is: Boyle111
Please contact us by filling in the form http://teenwag.com/code.py/contact or asking the admins on their pages. (The admins can be found here http://teenwag.com/static/faq.html)
